POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Senior Sales Representative
As part of the Company’s sales team, to generate revenues in meeting pre-set business objective
- To build close and healthy, influential relationship with existing clients
- To perform daily sales routines with high standard and in compliance with Code of Conduct / local regulatory requirement
- To collect market intelligence, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities
- To establish and maintain good networking with KOLs via marketing and scientific events
- To report to Sales Manager/ Assistant Sales Manager in related to operational issues, and to provide and discuss on feasible solutions
- To follow working plans and standards, in accordance with full implementation of sales and marketing strategies
- To assist in execution of marketing / medical related activities in the field
- To assist in market access of new products
- To provide market insight, customer insight and competitors’ insight
- To take the lead or champion of company project when assigned
- To use omnichannel to engage with customers
- To make use of company digital platforms to plan, analyse and report in daily routine
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Exposure in CNS market is preferred
- Strong track record in Sales
- Self-starter, result-driven, highly responsible for commitment
- Positive attitude, agility to drive change and growth mindset
- Strong time management
- Highly strategic and analytical mind
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong in organizational abilities
- Highly organized and can perform well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Application
- Experience in digital and social media promotion
- Cantonese speaking, good command in English
