Assistant CRM Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead in managing and implementing CRM strategies for the loyalty program of the brand.
• Drive Membership Acquisition, Retention and Engagement to achieve business goals
• Develop and implement CRM campaigns, engagement activities, and promotions for both online and offline platforms.
• Liaise and drive collaboration with strategic partners for joint promotion opportunities to capitalize on business opportunities and captivate customers
• Analyze the sales data and identify key purchase trends and analyze all data
• Collaborate with retail team, e-com and product teams to plan targeted programs and customer development initiatives through customer database segmentation, personalized communications creation, multi-channel campaigns.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Analytic or related disciplines
• At least 5 years proven experience in developing and implementing  member  acquisition , customer growth and retention programs 
• Solid experience in developing and implementing  member  acquisition , customer growth and retention programs 
• With hands-on experience in CRM data analysis, reporting, application, and customer segmentation.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
• Logical mindset with strong analytic skill is an advantage
• More experience will be consider as CRM Manager
