Operations Manager

Responsibilities

1.Delivery of Sales Orders: Upon receiving sales orders, arrange accurate, timely and up-to-standard delivery arrangements by performing SAP system operations (such as order entry, goods in/out, and expense entry etc) in accordance with the Company's processes. Coordinate with logistics vendors in Hong Kong and outside of HK for in-bound and out-bound deliveries and logistics, track and synchronize the sales transportation status. Adequate reporting with solution options provided to Head of Operations. 

2.Warehouse Management: Responsible for inventory management, storage condition monitoring, monthly/annual inventory checks by adhering and executing the requirements of a top quality wine storage. Ensure safety, tidiness of the warehouse and accuracy of data. Efficient and practical warehousing cost controls.

3.Delivery: Perform deliveries together with logistics vendors, prepare packaging and relevant documents, and follow-through delivery processes. Implement a standardized greeting process when delivering to clients. Continuously improve customer delivery satisfaction.

4.Work Reporting and Document Management: Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual work reports as required (in written, online, or in-person). Responsible for the archiving and management of documents such as inbound receipts and expense statistics and carry out document archiving work rigorously.

Pre-requisites and Job Requirements

1.    Fluency and proficiency in Cantonese/Chinese and have English writing skills. Those with excellent Mandarin expression ability is a plus (not required).

2.    Possess experience of at least 2 years in a fast-paced work environment and with a proper managed team/workflows/standard; experience in wine, luxury and FMCG logistics or sales, logistics or warehouse management; Those with experience in using an operational IT system is plus to begin at the job.

3.    Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, WhatsApp or WeChat. Those with experience in using the SAP system is a plus (not required).

4.    Be able to draw inferences from one instance, willing to try new projects/take challenges/tasks or positions. Have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and determine their priorities. Eager to join a team that strives for elevation and is willing to make efforts for it. Have an optimistic and cheerful personality and a positive work attitude. Be able to independently set work goals, arrange own work time, and carry out work independently.

Base/Office Location/Occasional Travelling to Other Cities for Training and Delivery Purpose
