Systems Engineer / Consultant (RPA)

About the role

As a Systems Engineer / Consultant (RPA) at ACW Distribution (HK) Ltd', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital transformation initiatives. Based in North District, this full-time position will involve designing, implementing and supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Analyse business requirements and design RPA solutions to automate repetitive, high-volume tasks
• Develop, test and deploy RPA bots using leading platforms such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on the deployed RPA solutions
• Monitor and optimise RPA workflows to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new automation opportunities
• Document processes, create user guides and maintain RPA-related knowledge resources

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or RPA Consultant, with a strong background in software development and automation
• Proficiency in one or more RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
• Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
