Contract Analyst Programmer - ASP.NET, KMT, MS SQL Server (C35709)

Duties:

• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the EDB;

• To manage the network infrastructure of the Section;

• To maintain the file servers, web servers, application servers, etc. of the Section;

• To assist in the design, enhancement, management and revamp of websites (desktop and mobile versions) and mobile applications of the Section;

• To maintain various IT systems of the Section;

• To manage various databases including statistical records of the Section;

• To design and implement software application by computer programming;

• To assist in the Security Risk Assessment and Audit, tackling IT security issues and handling IT-related returns of the Section;

• To assist in photo and video taking and editing for the Section;

• To assist in the procurement of IT equipment and products for the Section; and

• To update and maintain inventories of IT equipment and software licences of the Section; and

• To provide technical support to the Section and undertake any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• In addition, the selected candidate shall also comply with specified requirements imposed by the Government in writing for safeguarding public interest at large, including matters relating to public health, national security, social order and public safety, etc. prior to commencement of the Service Period (Relevant Employee).

Technical Skills:

• At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);

• At least 3 years' experience in Microsoft Active Server Page Scripting (ASP);

• At least 3 years' experience in Knowledge Management Technology (KMT);

• At least 3 years' experience in MS ASP.NET (MSA);

• At least 3 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS);

• At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);

• At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);

• At least 3 years' experience in Website Administration (WEA).

Non-technical Skills:

• At least 3 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO);

• At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).

• Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;

• At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
