IT Project Manager – ERP Implementation Project

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced IT Professional to join our project team and support our client's needs.  As a valued team member, this is a dynamic role that will give you great exposure to our client's business and a chance to showcase your abilities to deliver excellent service and solutions. The role will be responsible for assessing current infrastructure, defining selection criteria, managing vendor evaluation and supporting the full implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Identification & Vendor Selection

  • Assess current IT infrastructure and business process needs across departments.
  • Develop ERP selection criteria aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end vendor evaluation process, including RFP issuance, vendor demos, and scoring.

• Implementation Support

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define implementation scope, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Support planning for data migration, system integration, and change management.
  • Develop and oversee training strategies to ensure smooth user adoption.
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

Key Requirements:

• University graduate with 10–15 years of experience in IT project management, including ERP system implementation.

• Proven track record in vendor selection and managing complex technology projects.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and business process mapping.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with data migration, integration planning, and training rollout.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
