Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager (eCommerce Logistics & Time Critical)

DPD by Geopost is the largest parcel delivery network in Europe. We invite high-caliber candidates to join our global team for the position of Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager.

This position requires driving revenue growth by managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, to achieve targets in the logistics and express delivery sector.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and achieve the assigned sales targets in international logistics and e-Commerce delivery services. Gather market information for generating sales leads/opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline & good contractual sales performance.
• Promote and develop Time Critical service business including Handcarry (OBC) shipment, Next Flight Out (NFO) & BioPharma shipment (cold chain).
• Manage and grow business relationships with customers and business partners for new sales revenue growth.
• Coordinate with overseas sales offices for the implementation of regional/global customer initiatives and business plans in facilitating sales revenue growth.
• Coordinate and help to solve daily operational issues to customer and revenue retention.
• Handle ad hoc job duties assigned by supervisor and/or management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, or related disciplines
• 3 years+ related sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or e-commerce delivery with a successful track record in achieving new sales performance
• Solid knowledge and customer network for business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, aggressive, and result-driven
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
