Accountant

Job Description

• Responsible for general accounting duties including AR and AP, journals input, daily payment and receipt
• Prepare monthly bank statement reconciliation
• Prepare and review monthly financial management reports
• Prepare monthly accounting schedules and analysis reports
• Knowledgeable of import and export shipping documents and tradelink declaration, with the knowledgeable in forwarder field is highly preferred
• Maintain daily operations and support month end closing
• Perform administrative support and ad hoc duties
• Assist in administrative and receptionist duty if necessary

 Requirements:

 

• Higher Diploma/ Degree Holder in Accountancy
• LCC Level 2 or equivalent

• 10 years or above solid accounting experience, preferably in Logistics field
   

• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-Motivated, hardworking, committed and able to work independently
• Fair to Good English
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing
• experience in accounting software. Exp in Sun accounting software is preferred.
