Store Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team at OHLA! Luxury. As a full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the daily operations of our luxury retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance, training and motivation to ensure excellent customer experience
• Oversee the efficient and effective running of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising and cash handling
• Analyse sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance store performance
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting team spirit and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring the store image and brand identity are consistently upheld
• Liaise with the support teams to address any operational issues or concerns
• Contribute to the development and implementation of store-level marketing and promotional activities

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably within the luxury goods or fashion industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a premium brand experience
• Sound knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, loss prevention and POS systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in both Cantonese and English, with Mandarin being an advantage
