HVAC Engineer (REF: SER/BS)

Responsibilities:

• Involve in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control.
• Responsible for project planning, design work, site supervision, commissioning, operation and project documentation preparation.
• Monitor the work progress of maintenance and repair, and attend regular meetings with Client, Consultant, Main Contractor, Subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance of the relevant quality and safety standard / procedures and other statutory requirements, when applicable.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years' working experiences in A&A Project or New Build Project.
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
