We are an insurance broker firm in Hong Kong, seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support our Operations team. No sales pressure—just steady admin work in a supportive environment!
Location: Just a 5-minute walk from Sheung Wan MTR
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors as our friendly receptionist

Manage office supplies, mail handling
-
Provide admin support to the Operations team
-
Prepare and manage insurance documentation
-
Handle data entry, copying, filing, and scanning of documents
-
Manage daily emails and phone calls in English and Chinese
-
Tackle ad-hoc projects
-
Enjoy stable working hours and a true work-life balance
What We're Looking For:
-
Immediate availability preferred
-
HKDSE with at least Level 2 in 5 subjects, including Chinese or English & Mathematics

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general PC applications

Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow

Smart, fast learner who thrives on multitasking

Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese)

At least 1 year of office experience (no insurance know-how needed)
