General Foreman

Responsibilities 職責:

• Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, including site resource allocation, construction methods, and logistics arrangements. 協助項目經理規劃項目，包括資源配置、施工方法及物流安排。
• Coordinate construction works with subcontractors and liaise with consultants/client representatives on-site. 統籌及管理各分判商施工項目，與顧問/客戶代表協調。
• Lead and guide company foremen and surveyors in the execution and management of on-site construction works. 帶領及指導公司科文及測量員，執行及管理地盤施工工作。
• Manage and utilize the company’s direct labor, machinery, and equipment across various projects. 管理及運用公司人力資源、機械及設備於不同工程項目中。
• Monitor, forecast, and review project progress, identify and resolve technical issues or potential problems to ensure works are completed on time and to required quality standards. 監控、預測及檢討工程進度，識別並解決地盤運作或施工問題，確保工程按計劃時間及質量要求完成。
• Enforce safety and environmental protection regulations and implement necessary precautionary measures on-site. 推動及實行地盤施工安全及環保措施，採取必要預防措施。
• Attend meetings as required. 按需要出席會議。

Requirements 要求:

• Diploma/Certificate or equivalent education level. 中學程度或以上，具相關學歷（文憑/證書或同等學歷）。
• Holder of Technically Competent Person (TCP) T1 or above. 持有適任技術人員（TCP）T1或以上資格。
• Minimum 15 years of site experience in civil works and/or building construction, with at least 10 years in a management position or as a senior foreman. 具備12年或以上地盤工作經驗（土木/結構/建築等），其中至少6年為地盤/施工管理經驗或資深科文職位。
• Familiar with site operations, construction processes, and sequences; able to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and work instructions. 熟悉地盤運作及建築工序流程，能理解施工圖紙、規格及工作指示。
• Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and detail-oriented. 具備出色領導能力、良好人際溝通技巧及細心態度。
• Excellent management skills and ability to resolve issues independently. 擁有優秀管理能力及獨立解決問題的能力。
• Valid driver’s license is preferred. 持有有效駕駛執照者優先考慮。
