Graphic Designer (Freelance)

Responsibilities

• Designing multi-media marketing materials such as EDM, invites and print promotion (brochure, leaflets, banners etc.)

• Create graphic design for website and promotional campaign, from design concept development to final artwork production

• Art directing on photo shooting and video shooting, which includes essential photo and basic video editing skill. On site working will be needed when necessary

• Work closely with Leasing and Marketing team in terms of promotion material needs, perform the required duties in a timely manner

• Perform ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements
• Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years’ graphic design experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other graphic and interactive design tools
• Knowledge in photography and video editing is an advantage

You will be rewarded on per job basis with set timelines.  Applicants are required to submit charging rates on such basis when submitting application.
