Senior Manager, Regional Partnerships and Channel Development

職位描述

The Position

  • Develop overseas channel partners to drive commercialization for technology companies in HKSTP
  • Identify and collect business problem statements from (buy side), to create a comprehensive database of business opportunities to attract top innovative solution providers
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for technology companies to help expand their business footprint as well as secure proof-of-concept (PoC), pilots projects and business deals to local and overseas market
  • Connect and foster collaboration/bilateral partnerships with international ecosystem builders, chambers, associations, trade agencies, international corporates and investors
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities or threats to the business targets
  • Constantly update CRM system to track progress toward goals
  • Manage and facilitate seminars, networking and pitching events
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

The Candidate

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Communication or other related disciplines
  • 10 years of relevant work experience in corporate major account management, business development, preferably in innovation & technology sector
  • Proven track record of project/product/solutions management for overseas market expansion
  • Understanding of the distribution network and channel partners for channel focus
  • Proven ability to develop partnership strategies and effective communication with senior executives
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills to work with different teams within the organisation
  • Attention to details, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, able to multi-task and work under pressure with tight schedule
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
  • Occasion travel is required
