Product Engineer

LEDVANCE is one of the world’s leading lighting manufacturer based in Germany.  To cope with our growth in lighting business in the region, we would like to invite high caliber candidates to join us in various sales positions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer claim
• Check failure goods returned by customers if instructed by supervisor
• Handle defective good handling, investigation, reporting and communication with suppliers and customers
• Observe legal regulations regarding our products
• Documentation for technical information, testing result, defective cases
• Maintenance of library for product catalogue
• Provide light simulation service to sales team/ external customers
• Daily sales support including specification and product document preparation for tender or project

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Service Engineering or related discipline
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of people
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Responsible, hardworking, willing to learn and good team player
