Assistant VM & Graphic Design Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and execution of the window display, dummy dressing, in-store merchandising and other visual materials for Retail Shops;
• Work together with various internal departments to develop seasonal and promotional campaigns, plan and design promotion materials including print ads and P.O.P materials and determine the required schedule;
• Responsible for graphic design from concept development to final artwork independently;
• Support photo shooting of different kinds of product;
• Coordinate and execute all the visual on website, social media platforms and marketplace;
• Follow up with vendors, printers and/or partners on output production; and
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in visual merchandising, graphic design and instore set-up, preferably in fashion retail industry or design firm;
• Experience in multimedia design will be an advantage;
• Proficient in MAC design applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good communication (written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua) and interpersonal skills;
• Good VM installation skills, creative with strong sense in color and fashion trends;
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure;
• A good team player, independent and responsible;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Visual Merchandising and Graphic Designer.
