WORKS SUPERVISOR (BUILDING WORKS)

RESIDENT SITE STAFF

We are looking for the following site staff for a public housing development at Kwu Tung North.

• Certificate in building or building Studies from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College or equivalent;
• 3 years relevant experience in building works after obtaining the technical qualifications.
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

[Note: * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

Tentative employment for the above position is to commence in February 2025 for an approx. period of 28 months with gratuity payable on satisfactory completion of the employment contract.
