Your Impact

As an Assistant Manager in Client Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our due diligence projects and fostering exceptional client relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal operations teams and become a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout every phase of the project lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about client service and due diligence to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, growing organization.

A Day of Your Life

  • Coordinate and oversee due diligence projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients—gather information, address inquiries, and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports, summaries, and presentations based on project findings.
  • Stay current on industry regulations and compliance requirements, applying this knowledge to daily work.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by providing proactive, responsive support and anticipating client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Incorporate industry best practices and emerging trends into your workflow to enhance service delivery.
  • Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive client information with the utmost discretion.

 What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the commercial sector or a similar client support role, demonstrating a deep understanding of client service processes.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities—comfortable interpreting complex data and drawing insightful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with clients and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
  • High level of integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
