升降機/自動梯 技術員 (技術支援中心)

職責：

• 監控系統的狀態及錯誤代碼；
• 分析系統誤差，提供遙距或現場的支援和修正；
• 與其他團隊合作，進行產品、質量、維護和改進；
• 派遣及指導技術人員進行修正；
• 協助有關的營運及指派工作。

Responsibilities:

• Monitor system and incoming error code and symptom;
• Analyse system error, provide remote or on-site technical support and rectification;
• Collaborate with other teams to conduct product, quality, maintenance and related improvement works;
• Dispatch to field technicians and provide guidance to carry out recovery;
• Assist in related operation and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

要求：

• 中三或以上 ;
• 具電子業工作經驗為佳 ;
• 具良好的團隊合作精神和工作態度;
• 沒有相關工作經驗者也可獲考慮。

Requirement:

• Secondary 3 or above ;
• Possess electronic working experience is an advantage ;
• Good team player with positive working attitude ;
• Candidates without relevant experience will also be considered.
