Estimator / Project Quantity Surveyor

• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies

• Over 5 years’ working experience in project management / estimations / QS in building projects (aluminium window / curtain wall / external cladding)

• Cost consciousness and comprehension of contract principles (taking off quantities from drawing, preparation of cost estimates, tenders, contracts and subcontract documents, evaluation of VO and final accounts negotiation, assist project team to prepare EOT claim)

• Green card is required

• Good oral & written English & Chinese communication skills

• Applicants with less experience will be considered for the post of an Assistant QS / Assistant Estimator
