Responsibilities:
- Greet customers at reception
- Answer telephone calls in a professional manner
- Perform general clerical and administration duties for the showroom
- Prepare daily reports of daily operations and status follow up
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE or above with minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Good interpersonal skills with professional customer service manner
- Good communication in English and Chinese
- Good computer skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel and English & Chinese Word Processing
- Friendly, customer service oriented, independent and responsible
- Less experience with high caliber is also welcome
Location: Taikoo / Wan Chai / Kowloon Bay / Ping Shan
