Officer – Physical Distribution (Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain KPI reports to track 3PL and contractors performance

• Develop and regularly update SOP and work instructions for 3PL and contractors to ensure operational consistency

• Collect, manage, and analyze delivery data to optimize delivery routes, districts, and schedules

• Coordinate with 3PL, sales, and marketing to ensure efficient delivery and return of products, including ad hoc orders and holiday arrangements

• Liaise with 3PL and internal departments to resolve operational issues and customer complaints

• Manage trade assets to ensure efficient return and reuse processes

• Assist in overseeing safety compliance and incident investigations in warehouse operations

Requirements:

• University graduate in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

• About 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates with experience in working with 3PL is an advantage

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Able to demonstrate customer orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Fresh graduates or less experience will be considered
