Job details:
- Working closely with Managing Director
- OEM/ODM management - Monitor OEM/ODM project’s for photographic accessories. Monitor, coordinating communications and negotiations of project and report back to Managing Director
- Sales Reporting and Evaluation - Generate comprehensive sales reports, evaluate customer feedback, and provide strategic findings to improve sales.
- Meeting Coordination - Manage the logistics of arranging meetings with suppliers and customers, ensuring seamless communication.
- Travel Coordination - Organise travel logistics for MD, including flight and hotel arrangements, optimising cost-effectiveness.
- Task Management - Control and manage the daily and weekly to-do list of MD, providing advice on priorities and deadlines.
- Project Oversight - Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, reporting on the current status and recommending the next steps.
- Human Resources Support - Assist in basic human resources functions, including applicant tracking and coordination of HR-related tasks.
- IT Proficiency - Utilise strong IT skills for efficient data analysis, project management, and adaptation to new technologies.
Job requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and adaptability to new technologies.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic human resources processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
