Product Manager / Digital Innovation & Optimization Group (WFH Policy)

Responsibilities :

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for digital logistics platforms.
• Gather, analyze and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and users.
• Translate requirements into clear specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows).
• Collaborate with designers, engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver features that meet logistics operational needs.
• Lead end-to-end feature development from discovery and solution design to testing and launch.
• Manage and review BA deliverables to ensure completeness and alignment with logistics workflows.
• Coordinate with IT and external vendors, monitor development progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee UAT planning and execution, including test case review, issue resolution and release sign-off.
• Track product performance, gather user feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate product updates, timelines and decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digitalization projects in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of freight processes (air/ocean export & import, documentation, milestones, operations workflow).
• Experience converting operational requirements into technical specifications and working with developers and vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to evaluate development feasibility and effort.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with logistics systems (e.g., CargoWise) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and product/project management tools.
