MAINTENANCE MANAGER [Ref. CPML-MM]

• Degree holder
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience
• Member of MHKIE, MBSOMES preferred

• Degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Building Surveying or related disciplines
• Member of professional institution preferred, e.g. MHKIE, MBSOMES, MCIBSE, MIMechE etc.
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience of which 3 years at supervisory level in property management firm
• To prepare annual maintenance plan, oversee maintenance services and lead the in-house maintenance team & outsourced contractors
• To prepare tender documents and follow tendering procedure for maintenance works
• To formulate and review the maintenance policy
