Product Design Assistant (Fresh graduate welcome)

Product Design Assistant is a member of the Creative Design Team under VDA Group. This team explores and develops new designs and products with updated market research and advanced technology; constantly acting as the arrowhead for the company that seeks to bring success with the value of the product, graphic, and marketing design.


JOB Responsibilities:

• Assist the Jewellery Product Design Development team
• Liaising with Sales to aim at actualization the designs into marketable products on time and assure the quality standard
• Assist in creating new designs for seasonal jewellery collections considering current fashion trends and targeted consumers
• Translate an idea or requirement into a coherent and practical design
• Responsible for conducting research, analysis, and advice on market trends and customers’ needs for product development
• Perform ad hoc assignments if required

JOB Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Multimedia Design/ Web/ Graphic/ Creative Media or related disciplines
• Strong creative senses, well organized, mature, highly responsible and independent
• Proficient in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Web coding & After Effect, etc.
• Knowledge in Html, Div, CSS, and Javascript is a plus
• Dynamic and innovative with a strong sense of design
• Well organized, good communication skills, and teamwork-oriented
• Able to work under a tight deadline
• Good command of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin would be a plus)
• Occasionally travel to PRC

• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred

• Fresh graduates will also be considered
