Job Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

• Support CRM upgrades, workflow automation, and data migration projects.

• Conduct gap analysis, propose process improvements, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Partner with cross-border teams to deliver multilingual, user-friendly solutions.

• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform .

• Strong understanding of workflow automation, Dataverse, and integration with other systems (website, mobile, ERP, etc).

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear deliverables for executive and technical audiences.

• Multilingual proficiency (English, Chinese preferred) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
