IT & AI Automation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automated systems and applications to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement AI technologies to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create digital solutions that align with business goals.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications and systems to ensure seamless functionality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the company.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing automated systems or applications, preferably with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Practical experience in implementing AI technologies, such as machine learning or process automation, to enhance business processes or customer experiences.
• Working knowledge of programming in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar, with experience in real-world projects.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar) through applied projects, deployments, or coursework.
• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting applications to ensure reliability and performance, preferably across multiple platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, with strong communication skills to align solutions with business objectives.
• Proactive in staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, with experience applying innovative solutions.
• Formal education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma) in Computer Studies, IT, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
