職位描述

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of shipping documents for all shipping
  • Communicate with shipping agents
  • To assist the daily administrative operations
  • Follow up shipment arrangement
  • Coordinate logistics and delivery arrangements, liaising effectively with suppliers, outside logistic parties and customers.


Requirements

  • Diploma or above with at 1 years working experience on related field
  • Experience in food & beverage industry/retail industry will be advantage
  • Customer-oriented, problem solving and good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS office of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Immediate available is an advantage
