職位描述

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives, emphasizing inventory availability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Lead demand forecasting, demand planning, and supply planning processes to ensure optimal inventory levels while balancing availability, inventory turns, and cost efficiency.
  • Take a pragmatic and hands-on approach to driving changes and implementing strategies that deliver tangible results across the supply chain.

Inventory Planning & Control

  • Oversee inventory planning and control to achieve the right balance between availability, inventory turns, and cost optimization.
  • Lead the team in refining and enhancing existing forecasting and planning models, or designing and implementing new models, to improve the accuracy and reliability of demand forecasting, demand planning, and procurement.
  • Partner closely with the Product Management and Sales teams to manage and optimize inventory levels across product lines and regional distribution centers (HK, LA, Shenzhen), ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer demands.

Global Logistics Management

  • Oversee the global logistics team across Hong Kong, Los Angeles, and Shenzhen, managing warehousing, shipping, and relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers.
  • Ensure operational excellence and continuously optimize processes in logistics, focusing on regulatory compliance, timely delivery, and consistent service quality.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive accountability across the team.

Operational Excellence

  • Deliver measurable operational results, including cost reduction, process optimization, and enhanced service levels.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges, implementing effective solutions.
  • Leverage advanced technologies and tools to enhance workflows, increase productivity, and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • At least 8 years of managerial experience in supply chain management within a distribution environment.
  • Experience in the aviation industry is strongly preferred.

Education:

    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management , Operations, Business Management, or a related field.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong expertise in demand forecasting, demand planning, and supply planning.
  • Proven ability to optimize inventory management, balancing availability, turns, and cost efficiency.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex supply chain challenges.
  • Proficiency with supply chain management systems and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Leadership:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
  • A pragmatic and hands-on leadership style that drives change and achieves tangible results.

Collaboration:

    Strong track record of successful cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

 Languages:

    Proficiency in both English and Cantonese is required.
