Inventory Control Officer / Merchandising Assistant

What you have to do…

• Maintain inventory accuracy and system updating and all related incoming & outgoing documents
• Responsible for daily inventory operation including but not limited on receive and release, process and check items with the external warehouse
• Monthly update the stock plan and projection for the aging stock & handle the damage items return/exchange and stock disposal issue
• Prepare shipment documents and coordinate with warehouse on goods collection and delivery schedule by using storage system
• Arrange the weekly replenishment orders from warehouse to store
• Assist in monthly end closing report, ensure the all-inventory related adjustment are complete in POS system.
• Responsible for stock take arrangement with external & internal parties and cross check the result.
• Prepare the related inventory report for management review.
• Review and execute the existing SOP to improve and maintain smooth and efficiency operation
• Perform other duties as required

What we expected…

• High Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Inventory control, Supply Chain, Logistics or other related fields.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing (Pivot Table, Vlookup, Formula…etc.)
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English; Japanese-Language Proficiency is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to handle multi-task
• Good numerical and analytical sense

• Immediate available will be highly preferred
