Job Description:

• Collaborate for Success: Work with your division to align with business objectives and strategies laid out by your Supervisor.

• Independent Management: Take charge of the development and production process to ensure on-time fulfillment and delivery of orders.

• Seamless Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to efficiently tackle production and development challenges.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality and suitability of the customer’s production base, delivering optimal value and high-quality merchandise.

• Merchandising Flow Expertise: Understand and execute all steps from development to bulk shipment while keeping timelines in check (TNA).

• Pricing Negotiations & Quotations: Handle pricing discussions and prepare precise cost sheets, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.

• Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and promptly address their inquiries.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of merchandising experience in the sweater industry. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Merchandiser post.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
• In-depth knowledge of garment fitting, yarn, and knitting to provide constructive solutions and communicate well with buyers and factory technicians.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to execute projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in factory manufacturing is an advantage.
• Team-oriented and results-driven, with a knack for managing project timelines.
