Senior Merchandiser / Merchandising Manager

Yixing Toys Co., Limited established over 10 years.  We worked with different famous IP brand like Disney, Sanrio and local or overseas designer for their designer art piece and gift & premium products.  We are toys lovers, and we would like to invite energetic and young teammate to join us.

Key Responsibilities

·       Sourcing new factories or suppliers and work with existing factories. Manage sampling, bulk order production and quality control.

·       Working closely with sales team on sourcing, monitor production project from sampling to bulk production and arrange logistic matters

·       Prepare quotations and negotiate with China factories

·       Visiting China factories or exhibition when needed

·       Clerical job or ah hoc work may needed

Requirements

·       Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Native Cantonese speaker and fluent in Mandarin

·       Experience in merchandising field of toys or gift & premium preferred

·       Detail minded, patient, hardworking and fast learner

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Target oriented, mobility and familiar with problem solving

·       Proficient in computer operations such as MS office Excel/Word/AI illustrator/Photoshop etc
