Retail Coach

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of training/ coaching for both office and retail staff
• Identify training needs, formulate strategies and design training programmes to meet business needs
• Responsible for the implementation of training programs, including selling skills, product knowledge, management skills, etc
• Collaborate with internal parties to formulate and implement regular training campaign 
• Maintain training records and review effectiveness on regular basis
• Provide orientation for all new joiners
• Manage budgets and utilize the resources for training

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Training and Development, Psychology, Business Management, or related discipline
• At least 5 years of retail training experience with lifestyle and sports brands
• Strong proven product knowledge of "Footwear"/ “Sports Wear” category
• Good planning, problem solving, and excellent presentation skills 
• Good common in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
