About the Role:

As a Senior Business Analyst / Assistant Project Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful delivery of innovative web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to project planning, requirements gathering, analysis, and ensuring projects align with client objectives and business value. Your Impact:

• Bridge Business Needs and Technical Solutions: Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable specifications for web projects.

• Project Support & Coordination: Assist in defining project scopes, creating project plans, tracking progress, and managing project-related documentation.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate communication between technical teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.

• Requirements Management: Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.

• Solution Analysis: Evaluate potential solutions, to ensure they meet business needs and provide optimal value.

• Testing & Quality Assurance Support: Contribute to the testing process by developing test cases and assisting with user acceptance testing.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and contribute to the development of best practices.

What You Bring:

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyse complex business problems and propose effective solutions.

• Business Analysis Foundation: Experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements (1+ years preferred).

• Project Coordination Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to support project teams and contribute to project organization.

• Technical Interest: A genuine interest in web technologies and emerging technologies, particularly AI and their business applications.

• Communication Excellence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
