Junior Accountant

Waves Management Limited is a private investment management company, focusing on multiple asset classes including public and private direct investments.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide full set accounting, including but not limited to month-end closing, annual accounts and relevant reports
2. Assist in monitoring internal control, cash flow control, budgeting and all financial reports of the group’s companies
3. Review accounting schedules and bank reconciliation
4. Assist in preparing budgets, cashflow projection and management, financial statements, forecasting and monthly management reports
5. Liaise with internal and external auditors, bankers and other stakeholders for annual and project audits
6. Provision of full range of company secretarial and associated administrative duties in relation to statutory filings and updating with Companies Registry of Hong Kong

Qualifications:

1. Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent
2. 1-4 years relevant professional experience in accounting position,
3. Experience in full set accounting with a focus on closing and reconciliations.
4. Knowledge of setting up accounting systems for small to medium sized enterprise
5. Experienced in company secretarial duties
6. Good command of both written and spoken English
7. Well-organized and detail-minded with strong sense of responsibilities
8. Good analytical, problem-solving and time management skills. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
