Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator

We are an interior fitting out company working for commercial clients.  To cope with our expansion, we would like to invite high caliber candidates for the position of:

 Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator

Qualification/Requirements: -

• Education: Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Building Studies, Engineering Studies, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in fitting-out project management (less experience considered for Project Coordinator).
• Languages: Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Acrobat, MS Project and Office (Excel, Word, Project).
• Strong knowledge of fitting-out works, materials, and construction methods.
• Soft Skills: Excellent client communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Work Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours as needed.

Scope of Major Duties:

• Assist the Project Director in daily operations and ensure project deliverables are met.
• Monitor work progress, prepare progress reports, and ensure adherence to timelines. Work directly under the Project Director.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers.
• Source materials, manage submissions, and liaise with suppliers.
• Coordinate between Project Designer, Site Foreman, and client for design changes.
• Identify and report deviations from drawings due to site constraints.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and client requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing queries and updates.
