Corporate Governance Administrator / Assistant

About the role

This is a full-time Corporate Governance Administrator / Assistant role at Virtual Gaming Technology Limited based in Tsim Sha Tsui Yau Tsim Mong District. You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth running of the company's corporate governance processes.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain and organize corporate records and governance documentation.
• Assist in the formation and registration of overseas companies.
• Prepare and submit annual returns and statutory filings.
• Support compliance initiatives and monitor adherence to laws and regulations.
• Conduct research on corporate governance best practices and trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with governance policies.

What we're looking for

• A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Company Secretary, Administrator, or in a similar role preferred. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Corporate Governance Assistant role.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in document management and record keeping.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel when necessary.
• Fluency in  both written and spoken of Cantonese, English and Mandarin; other languages are a plus
