Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Managing Directors in both business & personal affairs;
- Prepare general correspondences, handling e-mails and telephone calls;
- Organize calendars and contacts;
- Prepare travel arrangements and itineraries;
- Organize clubs, mileage and organizations memberships records;
- Prepare remittances, settling bills, prepare monthly accounting ledgers and petty cash reports, reconcile account statements;
- Handle staff salary payments and MPFs;
- Procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment;
- Liaise with service providers and accountant;
- Arrange dining and art events reservations;
- Perform ad hoc outdoor duties as required
- Diploma Holder or equivalent; Bachelor degree is a plus;
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in supporting top management;
- Able to work independently and under pressure, being detail oriented and well organized;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word with English & Chinese typing, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese including Mandarin
