Logistic Planner

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Track monthly sales and ensure stocks are on sufficient inventory level
• Liaise with warehouse and clients on accurate product delivery and schedule
• Professionally handle shipping documents and info
• Provide client servicing to customers on any product inquiry, availability they may  have
• Assist MD on product planning, buying schedule from vary supplier
• Data entry on inventory in/out, monitor and maintain healthy stock level
• Track and follow up delivering process to ensure clients receive goods at the right time and right place
• Suggest, compare and identify the best shipping company on air/ sea fare

Qualification :

• Preferred degree in supply chain, accounting knowledge and work background in related field
• Accuracy is key. Planner must be attention to detail, work independently to ensure smooth operation
• Client service and problem solving skill provide and assist the team and client on smooth operation
• Energetic! It’s always good to be part of a startup team to learn, explore and expand startup business in Hong Kong
• Interest in gaining experience at a startup company with social responsibility
