Project Manager (Steel & Metal Works)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and monitor all project activities including staff and sub-contractors management, as well as supplier fabrications oversight.
• Track project performance and progress, resolving daily issues that arise during and after project execution.
• Manage daily operations for the assigned project.
• Oversee submission including shop drawings, material submissions, design calculations and method statements.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure  efficient and  cost effective project execution control.
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyor to monitor and facilitate client payment.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Construction Management /Building / Civil engineering / Structural Engineering / discipline related to the building.  Higher Education is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Structural Steel project management.
• Experience in Steel and Metal Works is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in written English.
• Candidate with less experience may be considered for Assistant Project Manager role.
