POSITION SUMMARY

·       Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, monitoring expenses and consistently provide customers with the highest level of service.

·       To provide supervision assistance where and when necessary in the Store.

·       To take an active role in maximizing sales – individual vs store sales target.

·       Maintain inventory integrity – minimize stock losses & insure monthly (& daily if necessary) stock counts.

·       Foster a positive, engaging and ethical working environment.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Work to hit the individual sales target whilst assisting Store Manager to reach the store sale, profit and target.

·       Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers.

·       Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times.

·       Resolve discrepancies within 2-3 days and report all findings to Manager.

·       Assist the Managers in monitoring staff tardiness record on a regular basis.

·       Any Ad Hoc reporting as required by the Managers.

REQUIREMENTS

·       More than two years' experience in the luxury retail industry. (If you have less than 2 years of experience, you will be considered for the position of Senior Retail Associate.)

·       University graduate or above, with good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

·       Passionate in home-fragrance and a love for customer experience.

·       Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience

·       Result-driven, proactive, excellent in communication and interpersonal skills

• Represent the Brand in a positive manner while ensuring recurring.
• Responsible for assisting customers with choices, assist and provide information about the product in question.
• Foster a positive, engaging and ethical working environment

REQUIREMENTS

• A new graduate is considerable, but more than one year's experience in the retail industry is preferable.
• Form 5 graduate or above, with good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Passionate in home-fragrance and a love for customer experience.
• Excellent in interpersonal and customer services skills.
• Good team player, pleasant, outgoing and willing to learn.
