IT Support Officer

About the role

Join our dynamic USPACE Technology Group Limited' team as an IT Support Officer based in Wong Chuk Hang, Southern District. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective IT support to our internal staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to and resolve IT-related issues and inquiries from users in a timely manner
2. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related problems
3. Maintain and update IT systems, including desktops, servers, printers, and other equipment
4. Ensure data security and integrity by implementing backup procedures and access controls
5. Assist with the deployment and configuration of new IT solutions
6. Document and maintain accurate records of all IT support activities
7. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role
2. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
3. Excellent customer service and communication abilities
4. Proficient in using Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common software applications
5. Knowledge of network configurations, hardware maintenance, and software installation
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
