Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with different parties to ensure effective conduct of site work
• Prepare / handle CSD/ CBWD
• To monitor submission on drawing, equipment / material from sub-contractor and site work progress to meet target completion
• Monitor site installation work and arrange site inspection with Client and E&M Consultant

Qualification and Experiences

• Degree / Diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent disciplines
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in construction industry
• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Building Services Engineer
