Accounting clerk (Treasury focus)

About the role

The Accounting Clerk (Treasury focus) will be primarily responsible for executing and managing all daily banking operations while providing crucial support to the accounting function. The ideal candidate should be highly detail-oriented, demonstrate strong execution skills, and effectively coordinate with banks and internal teams.

What you'll be doing

• Handle deposit placements, loan administration, and execute online banking transactions.
• Prepare payment requisitions, perform verifications, and submit for approval.
• Process payments by preparing cheques, withdrawal slips, remittances, and online banking transfer applications based on approved requisitions.
• Handle petty cash and manage personal expense reimbursements.
• Manage and maintain banking documents and records in an orderly manner.
• Liaise with bank representatives and manage all bank-related tasks, including changes of authorized signatories, opening and closing of bank accounts, and online banking system management.Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries
• Assist in preparing accounting vouchers.

What we're looking for

• F5 or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the security/property management industry
• Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Knowledge of Kingdee accounting system is a plus.
• Candidates available immediately or on short notice are preferred.
