Senior QS (Quantity Surveyor)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall QS services such as precontract documentation including bills of quantities and/or contract specifications; tendering procedures; post contract services including measurement of work, preparation of interim and final payment certificates, etc..

Requirements:

• B.Sc./H.Dip. in Quantity Survey or equivalent with MHKIS or MRICS qualification
  
  

• At least 10 years relevant experience and  3 years experience Road & Drainage projects

·         Good communication and problem-solving skills

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
