About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and technically competent Senior E-Commerce Execution professional to join our fast-growing digital team.
This role is ideal for individuals with solid hands-on experience in Shopify operations, a passion for fashion & lifestyle retail, and the ambition to grow their skills in multi-market e-commerce management.
You will be responsible for maintaining seamless online store operations, driving online sales performance, and expanding the brand’s presence across local and overseas marketplace platforms.
Candidates with an interest in UX/UI and conversion-rate optimization are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shopify Platform Management & OperationsOversee day-to-day operation of multiple Shopify stores.
Perform regular price and discount updates, bulk product imports, and theme refreshes to align with seasonal campaigns.
Maintain website accuracy, troubleshoot store issues, and coordinate with developers or vendors when required.
Ensure smooth order processing, accurate inventory synchronization, and on-time fulfillment.
Monitor stock accuracy, product availability, and turnover rate to maintain operational efficiency.
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse partners to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Manage and optimize performance on local and international marketplaces (e.g. HKTVmall, Zalora, Shopee, Amazon).
Upload products, manage listings, pricing, and promotions across multiple platforms.
Analyze sales data and propose strategies to increase visibility, conversion, and market coverage.
Coordinate cross-channel marketing actions to drive consistent brand presence and sales growth.
Initiate and support creative online campaigns to increase traffic, sales, and customer retention.
Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align product launches and promotions.
Utilize analytics to evaluate performance and suggest optimization measures.
Support Shopify UX/UI improvement projects — from layout refinement to user-journey enhancement.
Implement Shopify apps, patches, or theme customizations to improve conversion and functionality.
Proactively explore new e-commerce tools or integrations to elevate customer experience and sales performance.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in Shopify or other e-commerce platform operations.
Hands-on skills in Shopify Admin, bulk import (CSV/Excel), theme updates, and promotion setup.
Experience managing and growing marketplace channels (HK and overseas) preferred.
Analytical mindset with a passion for growth marketing and conversion optimization.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
