Business Analyst (Ref.: FA001)

Key Responsibilities:

System Analysis & Optimization:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of sourcing system modules and identify optimization opportunities.
• Assess and document system requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to implement system enhancements.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Leverage data analytics tools to compile detailed reports on sourcing activities and performance metrics.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure effective integration of sourcing solutions.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably in a sourcing or supply chain environment.
• Strong familiarity with sourcing systems like TradeBeyond or Centric.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with supplier management, order fulfillment, and quality assurance modules.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Background in buying office is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
