IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Bridge communication between stakeholders, project managers, developers, designers, and consultants.
• Support the creation of project proposals, schedules, and comprehensive documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide timely solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for optimization and innovation.
• Assist with project reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, frontend/backend engineers, and other IT professionals to ensure alignment with project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in business analysis or project coordination within the software development environment.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system integration practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, innovative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in the healthcare or medical technology industry.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or technologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams.
• Background in vendor management or working with SI/IT vendors.
