Management Trainees are crucial to the future success of TAL Apparel.

Our 2-year Management Trainee Program is designed to prepare you for a fast-track career and develop you to become our future leaders. With various classroom and on-the-job training, cross-functional projects and visibility to top management, the program is designed to set up our Management Trainees for a successful career in our organization.

What We Are Looking For

Final-year undergraduates / postgraduates of all disciplines or graduates with less than 1 year of working experience are welcome to apply for the 2025 Management Trainee Program.

• Excellent command of English; Chinese is not mandatory

Selection will start as soon as we receive your application with early offers awarded to qualified candidates. The 2025 cohort of Management Trainees will be expected to start employment in August 2025.
