Management Trainees are crucial to the future success of TAL Apparel.
Our 2-year Management Trainee Program is designed to prepare you for a fast-track career and develop you to become our future leaders. With various classroom and on-the-job training, cross-functional projects and visibility to top management, the program is designed to set up our Management Trainees for a successful career in our organization.

What We Are Looking For
Final-year undergraduates / postgraduates of all disciplines or graduates with less than 1 year of working experience are welcome to apply for the 2025 Management Trainee Program.

- Excellent command of English; Chinese is not mandatory
