As a Senior Accounting & Administrative Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial operations while ensuring seamless administrative functions within the organization.

You'll responsible for...

• Handle full set of accounts for multiple companies within the group.
• Perform routine accounting functions, including data maintenance, invoice handling, cheque preparation, bank reconciliation, and filing.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist in internal and external audits by collaborating closely with external auditors and related parties.
• Support general administrative office work as needed.
• Provide secretarial support for the group, including business registration (BR), company incorporation (CI), and renewals
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned

If you are...

• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a full set of accounts.
• Experience in handling accounts for multiple companies is a plus.
• Proficient in accounting software, especially Xero; familiarity with Chinese Windows, MS Word, and Excel is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Proven commitment and a strong sense of responsibility.
