Stockroom Furniture is looking for a dynamic people-oriented person to join as our E-Commerce Sales Consultant.

You will be part of both the Sales Team and the Operations Team, handling sales and after-sales activities as well as fulfillment and operation management.

Your Dream Job

Retail and E-commerce Sales

• Act as the voice of STOCKROOM on the front lines (online and in-person), delivering a best-in-class 1-on-1 experience to customers
• Drive offline retail and online e-commerce sales through building personal relationships with each customer
• Think creatively about how STOCKROOM can optimize each customer’s personal experience with our brand

Customer Care

• Act as a focal contact point for customer inquiries, ordering, shipment arrangement, and complaint handling
• Deliver amazing customer service over the phone, email, text, and live chat
• Manage the “Friends of STOCKROOM” Program, an after-sales program to build long-lasting positive relationships

E-commerce Operations

• Responsible for fulfillment and manage daily communication and coordination with the fulfillment and logistics teams on all order fulfillment
• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure all sales and fulfilment activities proceed smoothly

Your Profile

• Experience in sales, customer service or e-commerce operation, preferably at a consumer-centric lifestyle brand
• Degree in related discipline
• Love chatting and messaging with different types of people, with a sense of humor
• Energetic, filled with empathy and compassion
• Organized and detail-minded in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solver: not afraid of solving problems for customers, also sensitive to problems that might appear to be minor
• Weekend availability
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Fresh graduates with great mentality and high flexibility will also be considered!

What You Will Own & How You Will Make A Difference:

• Assist manager in developing marketing and execute online and offline marketing plans, promotion campaigns;
• Compile reports and coordinate with different parties for project implementation;
• Analyze online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and customer segments;
• Responsible for media, advertising, promotion and production execution;
• Manage social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram);
• Provide SEM / SEO and EDM or A/B testing to drive online sales by increasing website traffic and optimizing site conversion;
• Experience in social media, Meta Ads, Google Keyword Search Ads, SEO, or Google Analytics is an advantage;
